After 8 years of living graciously and courageously with colorectal cancer, 25 year old Henry McCann passed away. In 2021 a group of moms joined Henry’s mother, Katie McCann, to collaborate with organizations that bring awareness and raise funds in support of the battle against young onset colorectal cancer. In November 2023 that core group along with McCann family members and other supporters founded the non-profit Henry McCann Memorial Colorectal Cancer Foundation. Our mission is to educate our community and raise funds to support research and programs to prevent, recognize, and treat young onset colorectal cancer.
